How to become a Certified Technical Director
- Review the IFSA Technical Director Handbook
Complete Online Technical Director Training:
- New trainees must be approved through Regional Series Directors or the IFSA Technical Director Committee
- Expectations for Technical Directors are high. This means that every Technical Director needs to have a thorough knowledge of IFSA policies and handbooks.
- Completion is monitored by the Technical Director Chair and Technical Director Committee

Communication:
- Communication for Technical Directors should be communicated through the Technical Director Chair, regional Technical Director delegate, and their respective Regional Series Director

Approval
- All new Technical Directors must be signed off by the Head Technical Director in your region

- Membership is NOT required for Technical Director positions
