IFSA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing freeride through athlete development, events, education, and community, is seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead our next chapter.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of sport, leadership, and impact. The Executive Director will work closely with staff, athletes, coaches, partners, volunteers, and industry stakeholders to strengthen our programs, expand our reach, and elevate freeride skiing at every level.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Exemplifies proven leadership and organizational management
- Has strong fundraising and partnership skills
- Holds a deep passion for mountain culture and athlete development
- Has the ability to drive strategic growth and inspire communities
