History has been made. After dominating the South American Qualifiers and proving her strength in the Challengers, Agostina Vietti has become the first South American woman ever to qualify for the Freeride World Tour (FWT). She isn’t just competing; she is leading. With a 4th place in the first stop and a massive 1st place victory in the second, Agostina currently holds the #1 spot in the Overall FWT Ski Women’s Ranking.
Argentina arrived in force at the first-ever FIS Freeride World Championships in Andorra. Three elite athletes represented our flag among the best in the world:
– Dante Ginaca (Ski Men)
– Agostina Vietti (Ski Women)
– Tom Castelli (Snowboard Men)
Following an outstanding performance at the World Championships, Dante Ginaca has solidified his status as one of the best riders on the planet. After securing a powerful and technical descent run in the event, Dante finished the season ranked 7th in the FIS Freeride World Championships Global Ranking, proving that the Argentine grit belongs at the very top of the sport.
